75 days to maturity for shell beans, 95 days for dry beans.  Pods average 5 1/2" and contain, speckled beans.  For shell beans, harvest when pods turn dark red with a yellow background.  Flambo is great fresh, frozen or canned, and also makes an outstanding dry bean.
