30 days to maturity for baby leaves, 49 days to maturity for full size.  Attractive burgundy-red, deeply lobed, oak-like leaves form a full rosette. The leaves hold their mild, non-bitter quality well, and the plant is slow to bolt. This color is best in cool weather, but Red Salad Bowl grow well all season. An excellent variety for baby leaf production.
