25-30 days maturity for baby leaf, 40-60 days to full maturity.  Highly uniform, Seaside is an excellent choice for baby leaf spinach. The dark green, spade shaped leaves are smooth and thick. Seaside’s upright plants are slow to bolt and have resistance to downy mildew.
