Perpetual Spinach Swiss Chard 

Beta vulgaris 

30-60 days to maturity.  Taste similar to Spinach, yet this variety of Swiss Chard produces "perpetually" over and over, up to three cuttings off of each crop!  Yields from late spring through fall, if planted early enough.  Unlike true Spinach, this chard variety is much slower to bolt during hot weather.  8-10" stalks, drought tolerant.
